Currency
Cynerie, LLC prices can be displayed in a variety of currencies, but all orders will be transacted in US Dollars by your credit card company upon completion of your purchase, and then converted to your local currency. Non-US Dollar order totals shown during checkout are only estimates of the final amount based on recent currency conversion rates and exclude taxes, duties, levies or tariffs that may be imposed. If items are returned, a refund will be credited back in US Dollars at the current exchange rate.

Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed once recieved. Your refund will be credited back in US Dollars at the current exchange rate.

Canada Shipping
By ordering goods from Cynerie, I hereby authorize Asendia chosen by Cynerie to act as my agent, and to transact business with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) to clear my merchandise, account for duties and taxes, to return merchandise to Cynerie, and prepare and submit refund claims on my behalf for any merchandise that I return. I understand that the CBSA will send any refund of duties and taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise to the broker, and that I will obtain the refund directly from Cynerie. Further, I also authorize the customs broker to endorse any refund check issued by the CBSA in my name, so that Cynerie can be reimbursed.
All orders are subjected to Provincial Sales Tax (PST), which will be displayed in the checkout page when you select your shipping address. The total displayed at checkout is guaranteed. You will not have to pay anything additional at the time of delivery.
